Acceptance before scale

What to demonstrate

Start with a representative document set and a held-out question set. Measure citation correctness, answer quality, OCR errors and language performance; test access controls and malicious instructions inside documents.

Configuration gates

Confirm hosting, data retention, model licensing, accessibility, cybersecurity audit and language requirements per RFP. Do not promise perfect answers or unattended procurement decisions.
